Venturing down the route of Fixed Head CNC machines utilizing horizontal Twin Turret & Twin Spindle CNC advances for the supply of components 5mm-400mm in diameter, along side our vertical machining capabilities enables us to produce a wide range of components exact to customer drawing and specifications. Manufacturing small to high volume batch production in metals & plastics such as Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Copper, Acetal, Nylon, Cast and Water Jet/Laser/Flame cut profiles. Metal finishes provided with kan-ban supply and stock holding services along with full traceability on all manufactured components from start to finish all manufactured to ISO quality standards.
